With over 40 years of experience in health and wellness, My primary focus has been to help others achieve balance through nutrition, movement, and mindful living. My journey has been deeply rooted in both education and hands-on practice, blending my formal training with real-life application to create practical, effective wellness strategies for my clients.
I hold graduate degrees in Holistic Nutrition and Naturopathy, and for 12 years, I practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist, working closely with clients to promote healing and well-being. I have also taught hands-on Reflexology workshops for Continuing Education Credits, sharing my passion for natural healing with other professionals.
My background extends beyond individual wellness coaching—I have also owned and operated a fitness center with a health food store and juice bar, giving me a broad understanding of the intersection between nutrition, movement, and holistic health. For over 30 years, I have studied and created customized nutritional supplementation and meal plans for family, friends, and clients, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of a well-balanced diet.
With 10 years of experience as a private chef and caterer, I understand that healthy eating should be practical, delicious, and enjoyable, not restrictive or complicated.
